I trust when they tell me something on my car needs correcting and don't feel like I need to take it for 2nd or 3rd opinions. That trust is worth so much. I also appreciate the fact that they have both stated they appreciate my business. It's one thing to have someone send a pre-printed card saying that - but totally another to have someone look you in the eye and make the statement.
