“THIS IS A SERVICE STATION YOU CAN TRUST! Early this month, I was driving our Accord to work when several indicator lights flashed on the dash. While we always prefer to drive across town to Tuffy's on Pine Lake, out of fear I drove to the nearest garage and was told the transmission would need replaced. I called to talk with Stacy and Rick to ask what we should do next. They assured me requesting a second opinion was entirely reasonable and put me in contact with a tow company to get the car to them. “I want to share my experience with Rick and Tuffy's in Lincoln. I was driving cross-country and arrived on Christmas Eve with a disturbing bulge in my front left tire. I had to drive 8 hours that day to Denver to meet my family for Christmas, but could not risk driving on that tire. Rick personally drove out to the warehouse to find a tire appropriate for my Mazda and found a way to get my tires replaced and balanced and me on the road before noon. I arrived in Denver at sunset, without mishap. You don't get that kind of care and attention on a holiday from just anyone. I was fortunate to land in Rick's neighborhood.
